I have decided to give up the PhD because I have pesonal priorities. It is tough to give up but there comes a time when your 31, married, working, wanting-to-get-pregnant after a miscarriage, realizing the limitations of being a military wife, not knowing when your going to hit the road again.

So with great regret RIP to the PhD.
